The May camping trip is a backpacking trip.  The skills for backpacking are skills that all scouts need and we are happy to provide an opportunity to learn and practice them.  Weight, food and water are key elements and it all goes on your back.  Many choose dehydrated food and others choose different variety of foods that share one thing in common with dehydrated food, they require no refrigeration.  More on all of this at the next few troop meetings.
